If your site represents a business, a $20 monthly hosting fee applies. This fee is paid to Vercel, the company that puts your website online and keeps it live. There may be an initial grace period of a few months before this fee begins, which will be discussed during your onboarding.

If your site is personal and not tied to a business, there is no monthly fee. You pay the one-time $100 build fee and nothing more.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If the final deliverable does not meet your expectations at the time of completion, a 50% refund will be issued. This applies only before the project is approved and documentation is finalized.

Once the site is approved and project documentation is complete, no refunds will be issued. The deliverable at that point is considered final.

Terms & Scope

The following terms define the boundaries of this service. Please review them before starting.

  • The deliverable is a single-page website only.
  • No links, forms, booking tools, maps, or images are included.
  • No future edits are included after the project is delivered and approved.
  • The scope of the site is fixed by your interview responses. What is discussed in the interviews is what gets built.
  • Extended timelines caused by delayed responses or scope changes may require additional payment.
  • Business websites require a $20/month hosting fee, paid to Vercel, the company that keeps the site online. A grace period of a few months may apply before billing begins. Non-business (personal) websites have no monthly fee.
  • This service is delivery-based, not results-based. The work product is a completed website, not business outcomes.

Ownership & Access

When the project is complete, you receive full access to the Vercel project that hosts your site. You are the owner. There is no dependency on us after delivery.

You can pause hosting, take the site down, or manage the project independently at any time. Hosting costs through Vercel are separate from this service and are managed on your own account.

There are no contracts, no lock-ins, and no ongoing obligations. The site is yours. What you do with it after delivery is entirely up to you.
